Noosa Surf Club Nut Cracker Competition

Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions.
  2. Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.
  3. This promotion runs from the 17th of December 2024 until 11:59pm on the 30th of December 2024.
  4. One winner will be drawn and contacted on the 31st of December via Instagram.
  5. Prize to be won is a $100 voucher to the Noosa Surf Lifesaving Club.
  6. The prize will be available for collection at the Noosa Surf Lifesaving Club on the 1st of January 2025.
  7. Prize cannot be substituted for other items.
  8. The promoters accept no responsibility for the winner/s not being able to claim the prize or not being able to collect the prize on the specified date.
  9. All entrants and attendees must be over 18 years of age.
  10. All entrants and attend must be located in Noosa or able to collect the prize from Noosa.
  11. An eligible entry includes the following steps:
    1. Capture a photo with the Nut Cracker at the Noosa Surf Club
    2. Post the photo to your social media tagging the Noosa Surf Club or send the photo via direct message on social media to the Noosa Surf Club
    3. Adhere to the terms set out here in these Terms and Conditions.
  12. The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for any product.
  13. The promoters shall not be liable for any cost, loss or expense arising out of the acceptance of the prize or participation in the prize draw including any damage or injury suffered or sustained including personal injury, loss of opportunity or profit or damage to property whether direct or indirect or consequential or due to the deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter or otherwise. The Promoter does not warrant or represent the quality, suitability or merchantability of the goods offered as prizes.
  14. Facebook and Instagram are in no way affiliated with the competition or the promotion of this competition. The Instagram platform is merely used as a communication tool for the promoters to provide this competition.
  15. By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility.
  16. Employees and the immediate family of employees of the Noosa Surf Lifesaving Club & Social Tap Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
