Noosa Heads Surf Lifesaving Club

All members are reminded that their membership forms & payment are due by the 30th August 2009 - NO EXCEPTIONS

The membership fee's for the 2009 / 2010 season are as follows:

  • Active / Long Service - $50.00
  • Junior - $35.00
  • Associate - $55.00

Training - This price is training only it does not include membership

  • New Bronze / SRC - $100.00
  • New Bronze / SRC Junior - $40.00

Nippers

  • First Child - $60.00
  • Subsequent Children - $55.00
  • Associate - $55.00
  • Family Membership (2 parent / guardians & 2, 3 or 4 children) - $190.00

Costumes

  • Male - $30.00
  • Female - $50.00
  • Bikinis - $55.00
  • Competition Hats - $15.00

All Active members are required to complete their membership forms prior to making payment. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS. (Credit card & EFTPOS sales will incur a 2% surcharge). Members may post their membership forms in with a cheque attached (No cash) or can post their forms in and make payment over the phone with their credit card. Membership will not be accepted or processed until payment is made.

Membership form

Please note all financial Active, Long Service, Active Reserve, Award Members currently fulfilling patrol obligations, past Bronze holders who are current Award holders, Life Members, and Officers of the Club shall have access to all Club facilities including the Gym. Members who fall under the above membership categories will also be required to fill in a Gym Clearance Form and submit it to the Administration Office at the time of submitting and paying for their membership. Associate Members shall only have access to change room and shower facilities only. The use of lockers gym equipment and other Surf Club property is not available to Associate Members.

ALL MEMBERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT & VALID BLUE CARD (WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK) FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP TO BE VALID - APPLICATION AND RENEWAL FORMS ARE AVAILABLE UNDER "BLUE CARD FORMS" BY CLICKING ON THE ACTIVE MEMBERS TAB ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE SCREEN

All memberships and renewals are subject to endorsement by the Management Committee
